Day 1

Sandakan – Sukau Greenview Lodge – Afternoon & Night Birding

Arrive in Sandakan and transfer to Sukau, where you will check in at Sukau Greenview Lodge. After lunch, set off on an afternoon birding cruise along Tenegang Besar River or other prime birding locations. Enjoy dinner at the lodge before heading out for a night birdwatching session along the main river or nearby tributaries.

Day 2

Morning, Afternoon & Night Birding

Start the day with a morning birding cruise along Menanggol River, known for its diverse bird species. Enjoy a packed breakfast before exploring the surroundings of Sukau Greenview for more birdwatching opportunities. After lunch, embark on another afternoon birding session along Menanggol River or a different tributary. Following dinner, continue your search for nocturnal bird species with a guided night birding excursion.

Final Morning Birding & Departure

Yes! Extra birding cruises are available at RM250 per hour. Additional nights can also be arranged upon request.

For safety reasons, we may cancel or reschedule the boat cruise or trekking if there is heavy rain. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the tour has started.

If you cancel at least 72 hours before the tour starts, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
